As the flowers of Oso Happy™ Smoothie fade they take on a slight purplish shade creating a multi colored blooming shrub. Oso Happy™ Smoothie blooms from June until frost, a long blooming rose bush. The foliage is highly disease resistant to black spot and powdery mildew. Oso Happy™ Smoothie is a great rose bush to use in landscapes, mass, or as a thornless border rose. Oso Happy™ Smoothie is a low maintenance shrub with very little pruning needed. If you desire to trim it is recommended to trim in the spring. Smoothie blooms on new wood and old wood. was surprised to find a thornless rose! now they need to develop different colors. was so happy with the condition of the plants right out of the box. i have ordered from other catalogs where the plants were shipped too early and too small. these plants were ready to go in the ground and shipped at the right time for my zone Western NY.
