Pruning is not necessary, but if you desire you may trim Sunjoy® Mini Saffron during the summer. Use Sunjoy® Barberry in landscapes for borders, groupings, mass planting, and in foundation plantings. Mini Saffron grows well in most conditions but does prefer to be planted in a well drained area.  The durable color of Sunjoy® Mini Saffron  has been tested for excellent resistance to burn and does well in the heat of the summer.
