Shipping Information

Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received. We do not save your billing information and orders are automatically charged through our system upon order placement.

Charges

All shipping charges are reflected during the checkout process. Shipping charges are based on the order total before any discount, but after any sale items. Shipping charges are based on the total order price, according to the following table:

Season

All orders placed May 1st  through October 31st will be shipped within two weeks from the purchase date. All orders placed November 1st through April 30th will be shipped within the first two weeks of May.

Carrier

Your order will arrive by FedEx. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email providing you with your FedEx tracking number. FedEx can not deliver to a PO Box. United States shipping only please, sorry no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Packaging

Orders are carefully packaged the same day as shipment. Before we package your shrubs, they are watered thoroughly. Upon arrival, remove your shrubs from the package immediately and give them plenty of water.

Our Guarantee

ShrubSource guarantees that all shrubs will arrive healthy, pest and disease free, and true by their name. If you are not happy for any reason upon receipt of our products, simply return the shrubs to us within 30 days and your money will be refunded. Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping charges.
