Hydrangea - Pinky Winky™ Hardy

(Hardy Hydrangea) Pinky Winky™ is an incredible, very unique Hardy Hydrangea with massive two-toned, white and pink flowers that contrast nicely against its dark green foliage.  It has strong red stems that hold the large, 12-16" blooms upright so you never get the drooping look like the 'Pee Gee' Hydrangea.  As the flower heads on Pinky Winky™ continue to grow throughout the season the older flowers turn dark pink and the new flowers continue to emerge white.  The effect is stunning, a truly remarkable plant for the summer and autumn landscape.  Pinky Winky™ blooms regardless of climate, soil pH, or pruning.  You can't go wrong with this superior shrub.  It's an excellent choice for a specimen plant, or in creating an intense flowering hedge.  Also it's fantastic to use in groups and mass plantings, shrub borders, and for fresh and dried cut flowers.
