Berberis - Sunjoy® Syrah Barberry

(Barberry) Do you enjoy dark foliage?  The Sunjoy® series has just expended by adding Sunjoy® Syrah. The dark purplish black foliage is stunning! Play it off a yellow or bright green for a great contrast look. Sunjoy® Syrah is a stable dark foliage Barberry that holds its color.  Standing 4-5' tall, the upright habit of Sunjoy® Syrah makes a great hedge. Pruning is not necessary, but if you desire you may trim Sunjoy® Syrah during the summer.  Use Sunjoy® Syrah in landscapes for borders, and in foundation plantings. Syrah Barberry grows well in most conditions but does prefer to be planted in a well drained area.  The durable color of Sunjoy® Syrah does not revert so you can enjoy its true colors all season.  Barberry adds season long color to your landscapes.  Deer Resistant and Low Maintenance.
