Berberis - Sunjoy® Mini Saffron Barberry

(Barberry) A compact solution to your compact needs!  Sunjoy® Mini Saffron standing only 24" tall is a small package with big impact.  The bright yellow leaves give a bicolor look with a hint of orange in the new growth. Wait until fall and the colors of Sunjoy® Mini Saffron explode! The bright orange red foliage is just amazing, creating seasonal interest.  Sunjoy® Mini Saffron has a compact branching habit makes this dwarf variety a very full and tidy plant. Pruning is not necessary, but if you desire you may trim Sunjoy® Mini Saffron during the summer.  Use Sunjoy® Barberry in landscapes for borders, groupings, mass planting, and in foundation plantings. Mini Saffron grows well in most conditions but does prefer to be planted in a well drained area.  The durable color of Sunjoy® Mini Saffron  has been tested for excellent resistance to burn and does well in the heat of the summer. This is not true of all yellow barberries! Barberry adds season long color to your landscapes.  Deer Resistant and low maintenance!
